Customer Service

 

For any inquiries, problems or queries, the customer service is free and accessible round the clock at the following numbers:

 

900 for postpaid individual subscribers

950 for prepaid subscribers

955 for business subscribers

Voicemail Service

 

This service will record incoming voice messages when you are unable to answer the call or when you are out of the Orange service area.

This service is automatically available to all subscribers. To access it, dial 999 or 998 from mobile phones in GB or in the US. There are two types of voicemail boxes. The standard voicemail box, with a capacity of 18 messages; and the professional voice message box, which can store up to 30 messages. You can protect your voice message box from unauthorized access by using a personalized code. The messages are automatically deleted after a maximum period of 14 days.

To access the voice message service, dial:

 

990 to listen to your messages from an Orange cellphone
919 to drop a message directly in the voicemail box
CLIP+ to send an SMS notifying the receiver of a call without voice message

Pro Voice Message Service

 

 

With a capacity higher than that of the standard voice message box, the professional voice message box can store up to 30 messages and delete them only after a maximum period of 30 days.

This service is toll free for all Orange 20 customers.

Fax Messaging Service

 

This service helps you direct incoming faxes to the destination of your choice: fax machine, PC, etc. Your fax messages are recorded on your voicemail box and an SMS notifies you of the reception of a fax message.

Call Holding and Waiting

 

 

This service is automatically available to all Orange subscribers. It enables you to take a second incoming call and switch backward and forward between the two active calls or to place a second call while still talking on the first one.

Only the call waiting aspect of this service is activated for prepaid subscribers.

3-Party Conference Call

 

This service proves very handy for holding meetings on the phone. It is automatically activated for postpaid subscribers. The 3-party conference call enables you to bring together two waiting calls to be able to speak to three callers at once.

Call Transfer

 

With this service, you can speak with a caller, then transfer them to a third party before withdrawing from the communication.

Call Divert

 

The activation of this service is toll free for all Orange customers. It helps divert all incoming calls to different destinations. There are two types of diverts. The unconditional mode which diverts all calls, and the selective or conditional call divert which occurs when:

 

You fail to take the call after a certain period

You are already on line

You are out of the Orange serviced area or your phone is switched off

 

Calls can be diverted to any numbers, provided they are not international ones.

To cancel all call diverts, dial ##002#.

Call me back

Call Me Back is a toll free service to enable prepaid subscribers to send an SOS call-me-back message to any subscriber of their choice. This service can be accessed by any subscriber with a minimum of 230 FRS in their account. It cannot be used more than three times a day.

 

To send a call-me-back request, type the following command:

# 146 * addressee’s number# call key

 

Your addressee will receive the following message:
« Date. Could you call me back on my Orange phone number, please? ».

 

You will receive the following SMS message :
« Orange Call Me Back has informed subscriber No “addressee’s number” that you are expecting their call ».
