3 tariff options are available. You are free to choose the one that best suits you at any time by callinng the customer service.

The happy hours option:

it helps you take full advantage of off-peak hours from Mondays to Saturdays, between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m., Sundays and public holidays.

The first minute is indivisible then the rest is billed per chunks of 20 seconds

The classic option:

this option places you on a single tariff all the time.

Managing your account

SIM swapping

You SIM will be swapped in cases of:

Damage,
Loss or theft,
Blockage due to wrong PUK.

The swapping will cost you 1000 F.

Switching to other mobile offers

Switching to another offer is subjected to the fulfilment of access requirements (subscription fee, switching fee…).  However, you will keep the same number if you wish to.

Changing your phone number

You may wish to change your number out of convenience. In this case, you can just purchase a new SIM or choose a remarkable number.
