This is the prepaid offer of the Orange business solutions dedicated to companies to help them master their communication budget. 
With joker entreprise, the fleet manager buys global airtime and determines the amount to be allocated to each line. Each user can then communicate at their convenience. 

Furthermore, when the allocated airtime is exhausted, users can refill their accounts with joker scratchcards obtainaible from Orange salespoints, Orange Partners, and everywhere in Cameroon

Access

A fleet manager must handle a minimum of 5 lines to which he/she allocates a monthly credit of at least 5 000 Fcfa the user is then free to increase the credit with standard refilling cards.

 At the end of the month, unused credits are carried over to the following month.  If a scratchcard is used, its validity period will prevail.

Billing

For national calls

Choose one of the following 2 billing options for your fleet lines:

With the Classic option, you will be billed per chunks of 20 seconds after the 1st indivisible minute.

With the Chrono option, you will be billed per csecond starting from the first second.

Select the lines you wish to place under the Chrono billing by writing the Corporate Service of Orange Cameroon.

For international calls

International tariffs remain unchanged round the clock and seven days a week, whether you are calling a mobile or a fixed phone. You can choose between 2 billing options: Classic for a billing per chunks of 20 sec after the first indivisible minute or Chrono for a-per second billing starting from the first second.

Managing your account

Activation

Each Orange smart card included in which form part of your fleet is supplied to with the initial airtime agreed, to be used within 60 of the activation of the prepaid account. The account owner does the activates it as he/she makes the first call or at the first call to the vocal server.

SIM swapping

You SIM will be swapped in cases of:

Damage,
Loss or theft,
Blockage due to wrong PUK.

The swapping will cost you 1000 F.

Switching to other mobile offers

Switching to another offer is subjected to the fulfilment of access requirements (subscription fee, switching fee…).  However, you will keep the same number if you wish to.

Changing your phone number

You may wish to change your number out of convenience. In this case, you can just purchase a new SIM or choose a remarkable number.
