How to access it?

Pay 2,500 CFA F, you will receive your SIM card with 1,000 F communication credit included. Activate your SIM by making your first call. This gives the initial account a validity period of 2 months.

For international calls

International call rates are the same round the clock and seven days a week, whether you are calling a mobile or a fixed phone. You are left to choose between two billing options: with the Classic, you are billed per chunks of 20 seconds after the 1st indivisible minute while the Chrono enables you to be billed per second right from the first second.

Orange bonuses

Being Orange earns you a certain number of bonuses that increase the validity duration of your account by 30 days:

Recharge bonus
As you refill your account, you automatically receive bonuses of  500, 1500 and 5000 Fcfa depending on whether you have used scratchcards of 5,000, 10, 000 and 25, 000 Fcfa respectively.

Monthly fidelity bonus
When you hit a certain consumption threshold within the month (40 000 F), you are entitled to a bonus worth 5% of your consumption for that month.
If have spent between 20 000 and 40 000 F within a month, you will receive a flat rate bonus of 1 000 Fcfa.

In’bonus
You will receive a bonus rated on the duration of Orange calls you receive.

Promotion bonuses

All bonuses are used towards Orange exclusively.

Managing your account

SIM swapping

You SIM will be swapped in cases of:

Damage,
Loss or theft,
Blockage due to wrong PUK.

The swapping will cost you 1500 F.

Switching to other mobile offers

Switching to the Orange youth plan is toll free. Just send a blank sms to 930.
Switching to any other offer is subjected to the fulfilment of access requirements (subscription fee and switching fee). however, you will keep the same joker number if you wish to do so.

Renewing your number

If you fail to recharge your account before the validity period is over, you can still apply to reactivate your SIM so as to keep your number.
Reactivating a terminated number (upon providing ownership evidence of the SIM and identification document) will cost 2 000 F TI without communication credit.

Changing your phone number

If you wish to change your number for convenience sake, all you need to do is to purchase a new joker chip.
