Do I use my card to make overseas operations?
No, only in Cameroon.
My Orange Money account was debited for an operation which I have not had (I have neither recieived the money nor taken the article). What to do?

What if I can't find my card?
Change your PIN from your mobile by entering #150# option "Account management". The card is unusable, but not off. When you find it, you simply go to the nearest point of sale to re-set your PIN code so that it remains the same as your Orange Money secret code.
To delete the link, simply deactivate the card on your mobile by entering #150# option "Bank and VISA". Then follow the instructions.
If I deactivate my card, can I reactivate it?
No, for security reasons, a deactivated card can't be reactivated. You will have to buy a new card.
With the Orange Money Visa Card, get cash at any time, at any VISA Automated Teller Machine (ATM) of any bank in Cameroon and pay for your purchases in any VISA store in Cameroon.
The VISA Orange Money card is obtained on subscription (form / contract) at the distribution points at the price of 10 000 F, valid 2 years.

Signature
Before leaving the shop, remember to sign the back of your card.
PIN code
Your code PIN is exactly the same one as your Orange Money secret code. If you forgot to set it on the specific terminal in the shop, your card cannot be used.
You must return to the shop to finalize this step.
Your code is strictly personal and must never be shared with others, even with friends or family members.
Cash withdrawals
For your own security, after 3 wrong PIN entries, the card will be captured and you will not be able to recover it. After two failed attempts, call the Orange Money customer service to request the reset. Then change your secret code and go to an Orange Money shop to set it on the dedicated terminal.
You must then deactivate it on your mobile (#150# option "Bank and Visa").
Purchases
With your Orange Money VISA card, you can buy goods and services at all stores and offices equipped with a Point-of-sale (POS) terminal, throughout the country. This service is free of charge.
Before you validate your payment, check the amount on the POS screen, then enter your PIN. Be sure to collect your ticket before leaving.
Card validity
You can use your Orange Money VISA card up to the last day of the month indicated on the front of the card. After that, you will need to purchase a new card.

The terms and conditions are on the form you signed when you purchased your card. Read them carefully and keep them in a safe place. They contain essential information on your Orange Money VISA card and its use.
